Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Lead Vehicle Frame Engineer in Columbus, Ohio to oversee vehicle frame design and coordinate with engineers, designers, testers, and suppliers. You will review FEA results, approve CATIA models, enforce specifications, and lead cross-functional projects while managing scope, budget, and timelines.

This role emphasizes communication with stakeholders and international partners as needed. Onsite presence in Ohio is required, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or related STEM field) with 12+ years of experience in vehicle frame development.
• Proficiency in CATIA is highly desired.
• Strong industry knowledge, critical thinking, negotiation, resource management, adaptability, communication, and leadership abilities.
