Job summary

Exponent is seeking a Managing Engineer for our Vehicle Engineering Practice in Seattle, WA. You will lead projects analyzing incidents involving passenger and commercial vehicles, performing technical analyses, and managing client relationships to deliver detailed, defensible solutions.

Applicants must have an advanced engineering degree and substantial transportation consulting experience, with strong leadership and hands-on measurement skills to develop a consulting practice within Exponent.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in engineering, mechanics and dynamics preferred.
• 8+ years in transportation or technical consulting.
• PE license or willingness to obtain.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and client-management skills.
• Experience generating business and developing teams.
