Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance in Concord, NH, is seeking an organized Vehicle Processing & Operations coordinator to support the Good News Garage program. You will handle daily donated vehicle operations, coordinate intake, transport, repairs, and distribution, and serve as a first point of contact for donors and mechanics.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in admin/logistics, a valid driver’s license, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of administrative, customer service, logistics, or operations experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process daily donated vehicle operations at the Concord, NH location with efficiency and policy alignment.
• Coordinate vehicle intake, transport, repair, processing, and distribution with leadership and staff.
• Serve as a first contact for donors and mechanics to facilitate smooth donations.
• Coordinate with towing, drivers, vendors to maintain operational flow.
• Apply program procedures and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot logistical challenges to ensure timely processing of donations.
