Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced System Virtual Desktop Systems Administrator to join our national intelligence program. You will manage VDI environments, desktop images, and security coordination to ensure high performance and secure end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a Poly clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree with 3 years or PhD with 0 years also acceptable.
• Additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Previous IT support/VDI admin experience.
• Current CISSP or Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage VDI environments, desktop computers, devices and systems, including installs, configuration, deployments, upgrades and patch management.
• Analyze and recommend desktop configurations for end users.
• Create, maintain and deploy desktop images.
• Monitor and manage file server permissions and user modifications.
