Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of systems engineering or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon (VMware Horizon) hosted on VMware vSphere.
• Experience managing thin-client environments (Dell Wyse or similar).
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management within VDI.
• Familiarity with DISA STIG compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, test, and deploy VDI master images and desktop pools.
• Manage thin-client devices and endpoint configurations using enterprise management platforms.
• Support profile management solutions for end-user experience.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Perform pre-production testing and validation of VDI image updates, patches, changes; monitor VDI performance.
• Ensure VDI environments comply with DoD security requirements (DISA STIG).
• Collaborate with systems, network, cybersecurity, and customer teams to support mission objectives.
