Valiant Solutions seeks a Senior VDI Engineer to join a fast-growing, innovative team delivering user-facing and data center IT services for an Intelligence Community customer onsite in St. Louis, MO.

The role includes designing, engineering, implementing, and supporting Citrix VDI environments across multiple networks and security domains, with TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering engineering support for Citrix VDI products.
• Progressive roles from Admin to Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators for VDI issues.
• Guide desktop optimization for platform interoperability and liaison between VDI technologies.
• Provide endpoint support for VDI-related tasks and trouble resolution.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of VDI administration, engineering, and implementation.

Valiant Solutions is seeking a Senior VDI Engineer to join our rapidly growing, innovative team!

The Senior VDI Engineer will join a program providing User-facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of user-facing and data center information technology (IT) services across multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Architects, designs, and provides TIER 3/4 support to system administrators in order to resolve VDI issues.
• Provides guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability and acts as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
• Offers endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop-related tasks.
• Maintains advanced knowledge relative to administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies.
• Operates across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Conducts trade studies and makes recommendations on solutions and "make-or-buy" decisions.
