Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a VDC Manager for its New Rochelle, NY corporate office. Lead BIM/VDC activities across the project lifecycle, coordinate with owner and stakeholders, and guide BEP development and model coordination.

Strong leadership and technical engagement are required for high-risk, time-sensitive efforts. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years on large infrastructure projects, 3+ years in BIM/VDC leadership, and experience with security-sensitive environments.

Formación

• Bachelors in civil engineering, construction management, architectural engineering or related field.
• 5+ years on large, complex construction or infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years leading BIM/VDC workflows for design and construction.
• Strong BIM methodologies knowledge and LOD standards.
• Experience on high-security, mission-critical projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM/VDC activities per project requirements and BEP.
• Coordinate with Owner and stakeholders on BIM/VDC matters.
• Develop and enforce BEP and discipline models coordination.
• Oversee 3D coordination, clash detection, and model fidelity.
• Manage monthly BIM/VDC deliverables and turnover models.
• Mentor BIM Specialist and junior VDC engineers.
