Job summary

Vibehackers invites a Senior Project VDC/BIM Specialist to lead the implementation of BIM processes across tool installation projects. You will define requirements, execution plans, standards, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality model development and streamlined workflows.

You will drive training, quality control, and collaboration while supporting Reality Capture and outsourced BIM/VDC services across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a VDC/BIM Specialist or similar role in AEC.
• Deep BIM standards knowledge (IFC, LOD, clash detection).
• Strong understanding of project workflows and VDC/BIM integration.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Plant 3D, Inventor.
• Experience with VDC apps and Autodesk plugins (Navisworks Manage, ReCap, IDEATE BimLink, Model Explorer).
• Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, SharePoint, Revit Server, DMS, A360/BIM 360.
• SQL—software/API customization; Dynamo/Python scripting a plus.
• Good communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC/BIM process implementation across tool installation projects.
• Define BIM requirements, execution plans, standards, and workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and BIM-related technologies.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines; conduct quality checks.
• Coordinate BIM meetings, clash detection, and reviews.
• Provide BIM training and knowledge sharing to project teams.
• Support RFPs and specs for Reality Capture and outsourced BIM/VDC services.
