• 2–3 years of investment or financial experience with a strong interest in venture capital and investing.
• Bachelor’s degree or further education with a strong academic track record.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, repeatable work.
• Familiarity with AI prompting and an interest in developing AI-enabled investment workflows.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint, presentation, and design skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Screening new venture capital investment opportunities and conducting detailed manager due diligence
• Preparing for and participating in meetings with venture capital fund managers
• Monitoring existing fund managers and underlying portfolio companies and conducting ongoing diligence
• Conducting research on portfolio construction, industry trends, and venture capital markets
• Building and maintaining portfolio models and analytical tools to evaluate manager and portfolio performance
• Developing and implementing AI-driven tools to enhance investment analysis, portfolio monitoring, and team workflows
• Preparing investment committee and client presentation materials
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes through technology, automation, and AI
