Job summary

Dartmouth Partners in Boston is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Venture Capital team. You will evaluate new and existing fund managers, perform due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance, collaborating with senior investors across the investment process.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or asset management, with strong Excel and data analysis skills, plus the ability to present clear investment views. VC experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-time professional experience in Investment Banking, Consulting or Asset Management
• Prior venture capital experience is not required
• Strong academic background and ability to translate complex information into clear investment conclusions
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and ownership of work
• Interest in using AI and automation to improve investment research and portfolio monitoring
• Must be living in Boston or open to relocating to Boston with ties to the city
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
