The Senior Sales Manager will be a customer-facing role, responsible for developing growth programs for the Masoneilan and Consolidated valve lines.

As a Senior Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify new valve growth opportunities within designated regions and industries.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at EPCs, OEMs, and End Users involved in control and relief valve selection and purchasing.
  • Expanding Baker Hughes valve sales through coordinated project pursuits and customer engagement.
  • Conducting market research and prospecting to develop a robust, qualified sales pipeline.
  • Coordinating with channel partner sales teams to cover key project stakeholders effectively.
  • Sharing best practices within the region and with global sales teams.
  • Providing regional market and customer intelligence, especially in the growing Energy Transition industry.

Fuel your passion

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited college or a High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in the energy sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service within control valves, automation, or process control industries.
  • Strong background in industrial B2B product sales, including knowledge of project timing, budgeting, strategic sales, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels and the ability to influence others through data and experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for business.
