Job summary

Marzetti Company is seeking a Sr. Value Stream Manager to lead end-to-end value stream operations for its sauces, dressings and baked goods lines. You will coordinate process and packaging teams to deliver safe, high-quality products while optimizing costs and customer service.

You will champion continuous improvement, apply MOE standards, manage resources and budgets, and partner with plant leadership to drive strategic goals across the site.

Qualifications

• 10 years of manufacturing and/or management experience
• Lean Manufacturing Principles and Processes preferred
• 4+ years as assistant plant manager or production manager
• Budgeting and financial statement knowledge
• Background in manufacturing methods, quality control and process improvement
• BA/BS degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Plant Leadership Team to set strategic direction and allocate resources
• Translate the Operational Master Plan into actionable goals, measures and activities for the value stream
• Drive Marzetti Operational Excellence to reduce waste and improve performance
• Ensure safe, efficient production and continuous improvement across processes
• Coach supervisors and develop talent through development plans and MOE standards
• Support change initiatives and effectively communicate with teams
