A leading real estate firm is seeking an experienced professional for a hybrid role to manage client relationships and deliver outstanding appraisal services. You will supervise team members and execute valuation tasks for corporate clients and investors. The ideal candidate should have a MAI Designation, over 10 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Argus. The position offers an annual bonus based on performance and various medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service.
• Supervise trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients and REITs.
