The role involves supervising appraisal services, managing client relationships, and leading various engagements. Candidates should have over 5 years of relevant experience and possess necessary valuation credentials. The position offers a competitive salary between $110,000 to $150,000 and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a similar consulting or audit practice.
• Certified General Appraiser License or MAI; or CPA, CVA, CFA, ASA or related valuation credentials required.
• Strong technical background in appraisals and valuations for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage outbound appraisals and fair value studies for real estate.
• Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements and lead client meetings.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
