Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $125,000 to $135,000 along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute is required.
• Licensed in good standing as a Certified General Appraiser in Illinois.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
