Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an experienced senior leader to drive validated environment programs across campus facilities, including GMP/GLP labs and related utilities. You will own governance, risk management, and executive reporting while coordinating with QA, validation, and project delivery teams.

The role requires 15+ years of program management in regulated settings, strong contract knowledge, and PMP or equivalent credentials. Travel across sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of direct Project/Program Management experience, including large, capital projects ($10M+).
• Experience delivering complex, multi-site programs in GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 environments.
• Deep understanding of contract language, project accounting, and portfolio management in validated environments.
• Strong executive communication skills, with ability to present to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel and operate across multiple sites as needed.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for a portfolio of validated environment and laboratory construction programs across a campus.
• Act as domain authority for programs with rigorous validation lifecycles and compliant deployment of regulated systems.
• Set strategic direction and governance for the validated program portfolio with QA/Validation and regional leadership.
• Lead the campus Project Management Office for validated environments and ensure data integrity and reporting.
