Job summary

Delta ModTech is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer in Minnesota to lead validation strategy, execute tests, and ensure compliance for custom converting equipment. You will mentor teammates and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive quality and innovation.

The role requires 7+ years in validation, a relevant engineering degree, and experience in regulated environments. On-site work with occasional travel, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience in validation of manufacturing equipment and/or software validation
• Demonstrated experience leading validation efforts and influencing cross-functional teams
• Experience working in regulated environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead validation strategy, test protocols, and technical reports aligned with project schedules
• Serve as technical expert for validation activities across equipment, systems, and processes
• Oversee monitoring, sampling, and testing to validate protocols and specs
• Author/review/approve validation docs (FMEA, FDS, SDS, IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Coordinate validation activities across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation guidance for robust validation outcomes
• Lead revalidation activities for changed systems and approvals
• Support customer interactions, audits, and documentation reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve validation processes, tools, and standards
