Delta Industrial Services Inc invites a Senior Validation Engineer to join our Ramsey, MN team. This on-site role focuses on leading validation strategies for custom equipment, mentoring engineers, and ensuring compliant documentation and processes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of validation experience in manufacturing or software, strong leadership, and a background in regulated environments. Travel may be required for audits and project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• 7+ years of validation experience in manufacturing equipment or software.
• Experience leading validation efforts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation strategy, test protocols, and technical reports.
• Act as technical expert for equipment, systems, and process validation.
• Oversee monitoring, sampling, and testing per validation plans.
• Author and approve validation docs (FMEA, FDS, SDS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Coordinate validation across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.
• Perform risk assessments and mitigation guidance.
• Lead revalidation activities and change impact reviews.
• Support customer interactions, audits, and reviews.
• Mentor other Validation Engineers and team members.
