Job summary

Performance Validation is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer/Specialist (Level III) to join our Indianapolis team. You will provide leadership across validation, engineering, and compliance, and mentor less experienced staff while delivering client-focused guidance.

This onsite role emphasizes management of projects, technical leadership, and development of written materials grounded in industry standards, with opportunities to contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent Nuclear Navy training.
• Five or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry; familiarity with validation, thermal mapping equipment, and relevant software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting recommendations to clients based on industry standards and project scope.
• Write and develop deliverables in a creative environment without templates, maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Lead small project teams or independent operations on time and within budget, mentoring junior staff.
