Job summary

Performance Validation is seeking a Validation Engineer/Specialist (Level II) for Raleigh, NC. This onsite role requires leadership in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, with collaboration across clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will develop testing criteria when protocols are lacking and mentor junior colleagues while advancing project objectives within a 100% employee-owned company structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Life Sciences, or related technical field (or equivalent Nuclear Navy training).
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated life sciences.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop commissioning, qualification, and validation documents from planning to final summaries.
• Independently develop testing criteria when no existing protocol exists.
• Lead tasks and mentor less experienced teammates.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, management, and peers to agree on design and testing approach.
