Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Test Engineer focused on automotive validation. You will develop, program, and execute test cases using HIL test benches, Lab Cars, and manual vehicle testing, and perform integration tests on infotainment, sensors, cameras, and networking components.

You will write Python scripts for test automation and collaborate with OEMs to troubleshoot issues and ensure clear test results.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Test Engineer in automotive.
• At least 1 year using the listed tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, Pytest, Python, DoIP, CAN, LIN, UDS, ISO-14229, ISO-13400, PCAN-Explorer, Wireshark, Jira, Jama, Git, Jenkins).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, program, and execute test cases based on system requirements, primarily using HIL test benches, Lab Cars, and manual vehicle testing.
• Execute integration tests across systems, focusing on infotainment, telematics, cameras, sensors, and networking components.
• Set up and configure HIL test environments and execute tests to validate system performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues when tests fail.
• Maintain tight collaboration with OEM customers, ensuring smooth integration and clear communication on test results.
• Perform manual tests on vehicles or prototypes to ensure all functional requirements are met.
• Write Python scripts for test automation to improve efficiency and coverage.
