Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in board-level testing and validation.
• Familiar with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing.
• Prior exposure to automotive/agriculture/construction/defense OEM or Tier 1 supplier test protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve validation test plans for custom automotive PCBs.
• Characterize board performance using lab equipment.
• Analyze and document results in clear reports.
