We are looking for an experienced Mixed-Signal IP Validation Engineer to join our IP validation team. You will lead the development and execution of test plans for embedded analog/mixed-signal IP blocks such as PLLs, oscillators, LDOs, ADCs, and more.

This role involves both hands-on bench validation and the development of automation tools, and is essential to enabling rapid product deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation scripts for bench validation using Python and C with proficiency in National Instruments LabVIEW/TestStand considered a plus.
• Perform data acquisition and analysis, generating detailed reports to clearly communicate test results and performance insights.
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including design, ATE, applications, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure comprehensive validation coverage and alignment with product goals.
• Lead and manage technical projects, focusing on test methodology development, device specification analysis, yield improvement, minor IP/device redesigns, and production optimization within defined cost and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in bench-level validation of mixed-signal IPs
• Proven experience in bench-level validation of mixed-signal IP (e.g., PLLs, ADCs, LDOs, oscillators)
• Proficient in software development for validation using Python and C
• Familiarity with LabVIEW for test automation is highly desirable
• Experience in developing automation scripts for test and validation workflows
• Knowledge of automated data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
