Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with micropipetting and basic lab instrumentation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute experimental methods involving ELISA, CFU assays, viral titration, and cell culture.
• Develop methods and contribute to vaccine process development.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Clinical Development, QA, and Manufacturing.
• Train others and interpret data with guidance from senior scientists.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and support rapid project progress.
