Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced UXO Technician to lead complex munitions response projects in the U.S. and abroad, serving as the on-site authority for UXO operations and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance from start to finish.

The role requires 13+ years of combined EOD/UXO experience, US citizenship, and DoD/DoJ background checks, with the ability to obtain required security credentials and state licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13+ years of combined active-duty military EOD and contractor UXO experience.
• Experience with MEC/HTRW and Construction Support procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a DoD/DoJ background check.
• Valid State Driver’s License and ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex munitions response projects in the U.S. and abroad.
• Serve as on-site authority for UXO operations—responsible for safety, quality, compliance, and execution.
• Manage field decisions, safety performance, and mentoring teams in challenging environments.
