Job summary

WorkGenius Group in Culver City, CA is seeking a UX Writer III for a 12-month engagement. You will partner with design and product teams to solve UI content challenges for monetization tools and craft clear UI copy across provider and consumer experiences.

You will own copy decks, set content logic and tone, and contribute to design systems. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX writing or related content design experience, including work on advertising and/or monetization platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered product and UX design, with experience covering complete user journeys, flows, error states, and success states.
• Ability to create original content, edit existing copy, and develop systematic content solutions using wireframes and functional specifications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, presentation, communication, and recommendation skills when partnering with designers, product teams, engineers, and marketers.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects; experience contributing to style guides, design systems, and shared content patterns. A related bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design and Product teams to solve UI and content challenges for advertising and monetization tools.
• Write, edit, and maintain clear, intuitive UI copy across provider- and consumer-facing product experiences.
• Own copy decks and support content review, handoff, QA, and bug documentation processes.
• Define content logic, rules, language, tone, and reusable patterns within the broader design system and style guides.
• Represent content strategy in design reviews and product meetings while balancing customer goals, business requirements, and technical constraints.
