Job summary

Aquent, a leading staffing agency, is seeking a visionary UX Writer for an Ads Platform project. The role focuses on shaping the voice and tone for provider- and consumer-facing tools, collaborating with designers to embed copy into UI and partnering with engineers and marketers to deliver impactful products.

With 5+ years in advertising copy and a strong sense of user experience, you will drive content strategy, maintain the copy deck, and influence end-to-end design decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience writing for advertising and/or monetization platforms.
• Proven ability to work with and create wireframes and functional specifications, integrating copy into design flows.
• Expertise in writing original copy, editing content, and thinking holistically about the user experience beyond just words.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design to translate product requirements into copy.
• Provide feedback to Product teams and help improve content performance.
• Own the copy deck and manage review/handoff processes for consistency and quality.
• Contribute to a design system by defining content rules for use cases.
• Participate in design reviews and product meetings to advocate for voice and tone.
• Support QA for copy and file bugs to maintain high standards.
• Understand customer goals, business needs, and technical constraints to deliver solutions.
