Job summary

Gtatelecom is seeking a seasoned UX Designer IV to shape customer-facing web and mobile products. You’ll turn user needs into thoughtful interfaces and visual systems, collaborating with creative, marketing, business, and engineering partners to carry designs from early concepts through production.

This role favors a designer who cares about both the big picture and the tiny details, with room to influence direction, build reusable systems, and test ideas with users in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI and visual design experience in digital product teams
• Portfolio demonstrating recent ecommerce designs
• Experience creating responsive web and mobile interfaces
• Ability to write specifications for engineering teams
• Expert typography and iconography or data visualization
• Strong understanding of accessibility and cross-platform usability

Responsibilities

• Identify UI challenges and propose design solutions
• Create refined visual designs, prototypes, and production assets
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Evaluate designs through usability testing and data-driven iteration
• Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, business, and engineering teams
• Support designs through development and refine as needed
