Zymo Research is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who combines strong UX judgment with polished visual execution. This contract-to-hire role starts at 6 months and focuses on translating commercial goals, user needs, analytics, brand priorities, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive digital experiences across our website and touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in UX/UI or digital experience design.
• Portfolio showing UX thinking and polished UI for websites.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, IA, navigation, and accessibility.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals and analytics into clear UX objectives and journeys.
• Create IA, navigation, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and improve design system components in Figma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web, and Content teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Conduct design QA and UAT to ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Define success measures with Marketing and Web Analytics.
