Protective is seeking a skilled UX designer to lead complex digital experiences from discovery through implementation. You will translate user needs and research insights into thoughtful design solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and UX Research.

You will create information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs, and you will champion accessibility and design systems, using Figma to bring ideas to life across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience across web and mobile.
• Enjoy working with design systems, Figma, and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create information architecture, process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Partner closely with UX Research and cross-functional teams to incorporate customer insights.
