Job summary

AgileGrid Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior UX/UI Designer to shape useful, engaging digital experiences across ecommerce journeys, brands, and markets. You will blend visual design with customer research, analytics, and business judgment to improve journeys and help customers find information and complete tasks.

You will collaborate with ecommerce, development, brand, marketing, and customer service teams, communicate design rationale clearly, and contribute to decisions about priorities

Qualifications

• Meaningful professional experience designing digital products or services, including substantial ecommerce experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and UI skills, thoughtful visual design, and examples of solving customer problems across digital journeys.
• Experience using customer research, analytics, behavioral data, or other evidence to guide design decisions and assess outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex or ambiguous needs into clear, practical, and usable design solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with product, ecommerce, engineering or development, marketing, brand, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain design choices to varied stakeholders.
• Good commercial judgement and an understanding of how customer experience can contribute to business objectives.
• Comfort working across multiple markets, brands, or customer groups, with attention to consistency and relevant differences.
• A practical, adaptable approach and the ability to manage design work from early exploration through delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end ecommerce and digital experiences across customer journeys, brands, and countries.
• Understand customer problems through research, analytics, service feedback, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Create clear information structures, user flows, wireframes, interface designs, and prototypes that address identified needs.
• Apply strong visual design principles to produce coherent, accessible, and engaging digital interfaces.
• Work with development teams to support implementation, clarify design intent, and help ensure delivered experiences meet agreed requirements.
• Partner with ecommerce, brand, marketing, and customer service colleagues to align customer experience improvements with business priorities.
• Use evidence and feedback to evaluate designs, identify friction, and recommend improvements to help customers find relevant information and return.
• Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly, encouraging constructive collaboration and informed decisions.
• Contribute to design consistency while accounting for the needs of different brands, markets, and customer contexts.
