The Senior UX/UI Designer will lead the design of intuitive user experiences for our digital products, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows, focusing on UX and UI design.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and solve complex design problems strategically.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision, with knowledge of visual design principles.
• Establish UX/UI standards, advocate for best practices, and help develop style guides or design systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools.
