About The Company

Jobrapido is an international digital company focused on helping people discover opportunities through intuitive, accessible online experiences. We work across markets and digital touchpoints, bringing together technology, customer insight, and thoughtful design to make complex journeys clearer and more useful. We value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and we encourage our teams to turn practical ideas into meaningful customer outcomes.

About The Role

Jobrapido is seeking a hands-on Senior UX/UI Designer with meaningful ecommerce experience to improve customer experiences across digital journeys, brands, and countries. You will combine strong visual design with research, analytics, and commercial judgment to help customers find relevant information, make confident decisions, and return to our digital experiences. You will translate customer problems and functional requirements into clear, practical designs. Working closely with ecommerce, development, brand, marketing, and customer service teams, you will investigate opportunities, explain your recommendations, and remain involved through implementation and iteration. The role focuses on digital experience design within established brand standards. You will work independently, share work early, respond constructively to feedback, and balance quality with timely delivery. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to our New York offices. Please include a link to an existing portfolio featuring relevant ecommerce work. Briefly describe your contribution to the work; measured outcomes are welcome where available.

Qualifications

You will bring at least five years of relevant UX/UI or product design experience, including substantial ecommerce work. A bachelor’s degree is required. Your portfolio should demonstrate polished visual design, customer-focused problem solving, and your role in delivering implemented work. Strong Figma skills are essential, including components, responsive layouts, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff. You should be able to research a problem, recommend a practical solution, and clearly explain your reasoning. Experience with analytics and customer insight tools such as GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity is expected, along with practical knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and iterative design. You will understand responsive design, accessibility, and interaction details that make experiences clear and usable across devices. Familiarity with Shopify and the impact of storefront themes, apps, and platform constraints is important. We also value experience with direct-to-consumer products, international ecommerce, multiple brands, design systems, Shopify Plus, search, merchandising, cart, or recommendation platforms. Clear communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach are essential.

Responsibilities

Design and improve digital journeys, including navigation, search, collection and product pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout. Translate functional inputs into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished responsive designs. Investigate customer friction through analytics, session recordings, feedback, competitive research, and relevant UX practices.

Develop and test conversion hypotheses, collaborate on measurement, and use results to refine future designs. Build and maintain reusable Figma components, asset libraries, and practical design guidance that support consistency across brands and markets. Design interaction states and edge cases, considering accessibility and different devices.

Partner with developers early to understand implementation constraints. Provide clear specifications, review delivered work, and help resolve design issues. Balance customer needs, commercial opportunities, brand standards, technical realities, and agreed priorities. Stay involved after handoff, validate the implemented experience, and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Benefits

Join a fully remote, international team where you can contribute to customer-focused digital work across markets. You will collaborate with colleagues in ecommerce, development, marketing, brand, and customer service, and have opportunities to shape practical improvements from discovery through launch. Occasional travel to the New York offices may be part of the role. Compensation and other employment benefits will be discussed during the hiring process.
