Job summary

Swift Hire LLC seeks a UX/UI Architect / Program Lead to modernize the VMAD Portal user experience from Discovery through production readiness. Qualifications

• Experience leading UI modernization or enterprise portal transformation.
• Proven ability to define architecture, patterns, and standards for delivery teams.
• Hands-on Angular enterprise applications with modern web patterns.
• Experience guiding distributed teams and modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI modernization from Discovery to production readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple engineering teams to define modernization objectives.
• Analyze legacy architecture, workflows, APIs, and dependencies.
• Drive alignment between journeys, requirements, constraints, and delivery objectives.
• Define specification schemas and AI-ready inputs for tooling.
• Create environment requirements and architectural specifications for all environments.
• Deliver the Single Pipeline Scaffold POC with mock data/services.
• Review and approve all PRs and ensure alignment with specs and security.
