Job summary

Enexus Global Inc. seeks a Lead UX Designer to spearhead the transformation of complex mainframe applications into intuitive digital experiences.

You will collaborate with product, analytics, architecture, and engineering teams to define UX strategy for modernization initiatives and mentor designers across multiple workstreams. You will lead discovery, strategy, and design of data-intensive dashboards, AI-enabled features, and inclusive, scalable UX systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of UX/Product Design, with enterprise or legacy modernization in banking.
Experience leading UX initiatives for complex modernization programs.
Strong UX research, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
Proven ability to design data-intensive enterprise applications, dashboards, analytics, and workflow systems.
Experience with enterprise design systems and reusable UX patterns.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX activities across multiple modernization workstreams.
Mentor designers and promote design excellence across teams.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts, and QA in Agile delivery.
Define UX strategy and create personas, journeys, IA, and service blueprints to guide product direction.
