• 5+ years of UX Research experience.
• Experience conducting end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Ability to translate complex findings into concise, actionable business recommendations.
• Experience presenting research findings to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Dovetail, Maze, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Optimal Workshop, Lookback or similar platforms.
