Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a UX Researcher III to partner with a tightly integrated pod and operate with significant autonomy. You will conduct formative, iterative design, and evaluative research to shape early product ideas and market-ready offerings.

You will lead studies across product development, contribute to strategy, and manage external vendors, while using data-driven storytelling to persuade diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a human behavior related field is required.
• Experience with data and using numbers to support hypotheses.
• Experience managing external research vendors is mandatory.
• Proficiency with questionnaire design, survey programming, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, designers, PMs, and engineers to identify and deliver meaningful products.
• Develop and execute research roadmaps both collaboratively and independently.
• Lead research studies across all product development phases.
• Contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans.
• Manage external research vendors to augment the research team.
