The Opportunity: We are seeking a creative and inquisitive UX Researcher who is passionate about understanding customer needs, habits, and pain points. This role will lead user research efforts focused on uncovering insights and opportunities to improve digital experiences for internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and motivated to drive positive impact through user-centered design..

• Role: Senior UX Researcher
• Experience: 6-9 years
• Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Required Skills:

• Lead end-to-end UX research processes, from participant recruitment to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify user pain points and translate research findings into actionable insights that enhance digital products and services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other UX professionals to inform design decisions and support business goals.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Communicate research findings clearly through presentations, reports, user journey documentation, and visual storytelling (e.g., wireframes, sketches).
• Facilitate remote research and contribute to Design Thinking workshops and ideation sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading UX research projects from planning to execution.
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and one-on-one user engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present it to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using research tools such as Qualtrics and other UX platforms.
• Understanding of basic statistics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Familiarity with other UX disciplines, including journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A track record of success and satisfaction in previous roles.
