onXmaps, Inc. is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher, Mixed Methods with a passion for uncovering customer insights and turning research into product influence. Your focus spans the full lifecycle, combining qualitative, evaluative, and quantitative research to build a holistic customer picture.

You’ll join the UX Research team to help onX understand customers deeply, guiding product decisions that let users explore outdoors with confidence, reporting to the UX Research Manager.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required demonstrating mixed-method research and impact.
• 8+ years in UX, product, or consumer research.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proactive and strategic mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, BI, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle.
• Build deep knowledge of customers to inform product strategy and priorities.
• Tell compelling stories with findings and influence product decisions.
• Coach non-researchers and help establish research standards.
• Explore AI-assisted research to increase speed and reuse.
