Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our clients team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the product design team in an iterative, user-centered design process.
• Lead research responsibilities on complex, cross-functional projects across various domains.
• Analyze data from qualitative studies, including usability tests, interviews, participatory design, and heuristic evaluations.
• Conduct foundational research to inform product and design strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in idea generation and exploration as a thought leader.
• Design, execute, and coordinate high-impact research studies (generative, evaluative, in-person, remote, moderated, unmoderated, etc.).
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and specific design recommendations.
• Partner with Market Research and Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to create a comprehensive view of user data to inform design.
• Maintain an organized and accessible database of past research documentation.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for design research and user-centered design.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
