Senior UX Research Manager, Search Verticals and Translate

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in an applied research setting or similar.
  • 5 years managing UX research teams.
  • 2 years managing managers.
  • Experience leading and launching consumer products, including scaling from 0-to-1.
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, leading teams of researchers.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related fields.
  • 10 years UX research experience on products and collaborating with executive leadership.
  • 8 years managing projects in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience guiding cross-functional teams in 0-1 spaces and integrating user research into product design.

The US salary range for this full-time role is $224,000-$315,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary specifics depend on location, skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will share details during hiring.
