Job summary

Google is seeking a UX Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary efforts across Engineering, Product Management, and UX to enhance the user experience of key products. You will plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create insights, and ensure timely delivery for initiatives spanning the Agentic and Discover and Explore UX pillars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of program management experience within design or UX organizations.
• Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.
• Experience in consumer product organizations.
• Experience managing and scaling horizontal programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational excellence across UX teams to deliver trusted, strategic counsel and foster stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop business cases and engage partners on continuous improvements, building scalable processes/tools for cross-functional handoffs.
• Lead analytical efforts for cross-functional projects and strategies.
• Define, report and drive UX metrics to support user-centered development and stakeholder input.
• Manage large, complex programs and drive organizational efficiency.
