Job summary

Google Seattle, WA is seeking a Senior UX Program Manager to drive execution of programs across Search Ads and related teams. You will plan projects, manage milestones, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights to elevate user experiences for billions of users.

Collaborate with UX Designers, Product and Engineering to align on OKRs, budgets, and schedules. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of program management experience within design or UX organisations.
Experience with UX related projects and UX design, user research, or user centered development tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Scope, plan, and deliver programs that boost UX excellence in ads.
Drive consensus across functions on UX priorities, resources, and progress.
Partner with UX Designers to guide file setup, mock updates, and stakeholder notifications for reviews; manage vendor partnerships.
Create and deliver communications for teams and executive leadership.
Leverage AI tools to address resource, technical, or time limitations and improve deliverables.
