Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio of impactful mobile product experiences.
• Expertise in UCD, Design Thinking, Product Discovery & Problem Framing, UX Strategy & Roadmap Alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Interactive Prototyping, Design Systems.
• Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams and managing design handoffs.
• Deep understanding of Accessibility Standards and WCAG Guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of native iOS and Android apps from concept to launch.
• Influence product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create wireframes, flows, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
• Develop and scale design systems for consistency.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to align with business goals.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design processes.
• Oversee design handoff to engineering.
