Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of internal tools powering filmmaking across our studios. You will own end-to-end design for multiple enterprise applications, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

You’ll apply systems thinking, craft strong UX and visual design, contribute to our design system, and explore AI-enabled workflows to improve how teams create and operate tools across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end design in enterprise software.
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple enterprise applications, from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Design desktop-first experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Plan and conduct user research activities and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and accessibility.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI within enterprise products and improve design workflows.
• Present design work clearly to stakeholders and leadership with compelling storytelling.
