Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of internal tools powering filmmaking across the studio. You’ll lead end-to-end design for enterprise products used by artists, production teams and operations, partnering with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to craft human-centered solutions.

• Strong portfolio of end-to-end product design across complex software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple enterprise applications from discovery through implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Design desktop-first experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Plan and conduct user research, translate insights into design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and evolve design system for consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI within enterprise products to improve workflows.
• Present design work clearly to stakeholders and leadership with storytelling.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional design discussions.
• Manage multiple projects with strong craft and attention to detail.
• Stay informed on evolving design practices and AI capabilities.
