We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to help shape the future of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform that enables teams to collaborate, develop innovative products, and make data-driven business decisions throughout the product development process. This role is ideal for a strategic designer who excels at solving complex problems, translating data into meaningful experiences, and creating intuitive tools that support business users at scale. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams to deliver user-centered solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Job Description

As a Senior UX Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining and delivering the user experience for a sophisticated enterprise product platform. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution while helping teams leverage data and AI-powered capabilities to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive UX strategy for a Product Lifecycle Management platform supporting product development, sourcing, and collaboration workflows.
• Design intuitive user experiences that enable users to explore, create, manage, and evaluate products throughout their lifecycle.
• Create AI-assisted experiences that enhance human decision-making while maintaining transparency and usability.
• Develop information architecture, workflows, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical outputs, analytics, and AI-generated recommendations into easy-to-understand user experiences.
• Conduct discovery activities, user interviews, workshops, and research sessions to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using modern UX design tools.
• Contribute to and extend enterprise design systems with scalable, reusable design patterns.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles across all product experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver high-quality design solutions from concept through implementation.
• Use data, research findings, and user feedback to continuously improve product experiences.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of UX Design, Product Design, or related experience. 2+ years of experience in a Senior, Lead, or Principal-level design role. Strong experience designing enterprise applications, data-rich platforms, analytics products, or AI-powered solutions. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product design, including discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery. Proficiency with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Experience creating user journeys, workflows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design documentation. Strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies and user research practices. Experience designing data visualization and reporting experiences. Knowledge of AI-assisted product experiences and the ability to collaborate with technical teams working on machine learning and predictive technologies. Experience working within Agile product development environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and usability best practices. Portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex digital product experiences. Preferred Experience designing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), merchandising, retail, supply chain, sourcing, or enterprise workflow applications. Experience contributing to or managing enterprise design systems. Familiarity with Jira and related product management tools. Experience facilitating design workshops and cross-functional collaboration sessions. Exposure to advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven product ecosystems. Experience working within large-scale, multi-stakeholder organizations. Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related discipline.
