Job summary

Google UX Engineers craft high-fidelity browser interfaces and prototypes that push AI-first product ideas into life. You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Product to translate user insights into tangible experiences.

In a fast-paced team, you will prototype, iterate, and deliver tools that accelerate UX workflows, bridging design and engineering for scalable, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
• Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (web, iOS, Android, etc.).
• Experience architecting and delivering applications.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume.

Responsibilities

• Own the craft and visual design of key AI-native browser surfaces, shipping high-fidelity UI with complex interactions.
• Drive rapid prototyping and real-time collaboration within the Disco vehicle to explore novel interaction concepts.
• Partner with Research, Design, Product, and core partners to scope and iterate based on user feedback toward graduation.
• Set the technical standard for front-end craft, polish, and animation quality across the team and accelerate engineering workflows.
