Qualifikationen

• At least five years of experience producing user interface designs with demonstrated impact.
• Health care or higher education experience is a plus.
• Experience with UI design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• HTML, CSS, and the basics of front-end web development.
• Content design, UX writing, and basics of digital marketing, search engine optimization, and content strategy.
• Expert skills in UI design methods (prototyping, interaction flow diagrams, wireframes, and interface specifications).
• Up-to-date knowledge of modern digital and interaction design principles and trends.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions using strong communication and presentation skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating deliverables throughout the design process for products/websites is helpful.
• Addressing accessibility concerns for digital products, including optimizing for assistive technologies.
