Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centered design for K-12 curriculum experiences. You will collaborate with product teams, learning sciences, and engineering to transform research insights into accessible web and mobile solutions using a continuous discovery framework.

You will champion human-centered design, drive multiple projects, and align with our School platform strategy. The role requires Agile experience, strong communication, and a passion for impactful

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates design work across web and mobile.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across stakeholders.
• Experience leading design efforts in Agile development environments.
• Ability to translate user needs into tangible experiences and concepts.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered design activities and affect product direction.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, analysts, and researchers to inform decisions.
• Create and iteratively refine wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Present design rationale and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Contribute to design system and pattern libraries with accessible solutions.
• Champion usability and accessibility across the School platform.
